Vanessa Bird, LPC
Vanessa Bird, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor. She has extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, eating and body image issues, life-transitions, loss, job or school stress, and abuse. Additionally, she joined Lotus with an extensive history working in community mental health, developed a crisis response team for survivors of domestic violence, and spent over a decade working in child welfare.
Vanessa utilizes cognitive behavioral therapies and motivational interviewing in client centered treatment. She enjoys providing supportive environment when assisting clients navigating various struggles and barriers, implementing effective coping skills along the journey of personal growth, healing, pursuit of meaningful and satisfying life.
