Lotus Consulting is a private mental health practice in Ann Arbor serving adolescents 18+, college students, and adults.

We specialize in:

• Anxiety and stress

• Depression and mood concerns

• Eating-related concerns

• Substance use and recovery

• Loss and Grief 

• Life transitions and other concerns

We use evidence-based, modern approaches, including but not limited to:

• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

• Internal Family Systems (IFS)

• LMSW, LPC, LP, LMFT

These roles are ideal for clinicians seeking a stable, long-term home with strong referral flow and autonomy in their work.

Postgraduate Training Program (with Supervision)

We also offer opportunities for postgraduate, license-eligible clinicians, including:

• LLMSW, LLPC, LLP (and equivalent)

This program includes:

• Individual and/or group supervision

• Ongoing clinical development

• Support in building a sustainable caseload

• Integration into a collaborative team environment
