Lisa Hilton, LCSW has over two decades of experience with general mental health concerns and special interest in women’s issues involving relationships, boundaries,and perfectionism.
Her approach to treatment includes evidence-based modalities such as Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with the goal of helping clients experience relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and emotion dysregulation.
Lisa is also a Certified Trauma Professional assisting clients healing from trauma including narcissistic abuse, gaslighting and toxic relationships.
