McCall Walker
McCall Walker, LLPC received her graduate degree in Counseling from University of Wisconsin – Madison. She has experience and enjoys working with adults with a wide range of concerns — including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, intergenerational trauma, identity, life transitions, and interpersonal concerns such as navigating relationship dynamics and conflict, loneliness, and finding belonging.
McCall also brings an extensive background in working with college students. She has served in a variety roles within university settings, from assisting students with their writing projects and problem solving, conducting research, group and outreach facilitation, teaching and curriculum development, as well as psychotherapy university psychological clinic.
McCall provides counseling with the intention of being a mutual collaborator within a warm therapeutic space where your full identity is seen, and where your lived experience matters. Drawing from Interpersonal Process Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Radical Healing framework, she takes time to understand your world: the relationships that shape you, the thoughts that exhaust you, and the values that guide your life and bring you joy and satisfaction.
Together, you will also explore patterns that no longer serve you, uconvering what does, fortifying life that feels more rewarding, authentic and balanced.
McCall enjoys working with clients from a diverse array of backgrounds and intersecting identities. She is passionate about justice and advocacy. In her spare time, she enjoys the arts, spending time outdoors and reading.
