Juliette Gray, PsyD, LP
Juliette Gray, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, life transitions, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and overall life direction. She works with individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, and who are looking not only for relief, but for deeper understanding and meaningful, lasting change.
Her approach is grounded in client-centered and existential therapy, while also incorporating practical, skills-based support. Juliette helps clients explore both what they are experiencing and the underlying patterns shaping it, while also building effective tools to manage distress, improve daily functioning, and respond more intentionally to life’s challenges.
Juliette brings strong clinical depth and a steady, grounded presence to her work. Her background includes experience across inpatient, outpatient, crisis, and multidisciplinary care settings, where she developed a high level of clinical acumen in working with complex presentations, trauma, and periods of acute distress. This foundation allows her to support clients across a wide range of needs, from more destabilizing periods to longer-term therapy focused on growth, integration, and reconnection.
In addition, Juliette has extensive experience in a university counseling setting, including her time at the University of Michigan Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), where she provided ongoing therapy and support to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, eating and body image concerns, academic and performance stress, interpersonal difficulties, and major life transitions. Her work in this setting reflects a strong ability to engage clients in both focused, short-term support and deeper therapeutic work.
Juliette provides an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment and has experience working with clients across a broad range of identities and lived experiences. She offers LGBTQIA+ affirming and trans-affirming care, and welcomes clients of all genders and backgrounds.
Her style is grounded in curiosity, respect, and careful listening, helping clients feel understood while also gently challenging patterns that no longer serve them. Her work supports not only symptom relief, but the development of a more authentic relationship with oneself, stronger connections with others, and a clearer, more aligned sense of direction.
