Stacie Coveleski, MD


Dr. Stacie Coveleski holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology-Anaheim, an APA accredited program. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients and presenting concerns, is an LGBTQIA+ ally, and is passionate about supporting and learning from clients of all walks of life.

Dr. Coveleski’s clinical practicums were completed in a university testing and therapy settings and involved serving Orange County/Los Angeles County communities. She also completed her APA-accredited internship at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) counseling and psychological services (CAPS). Later, she relocated to the Bay Area of California, where she completed her postdoctoral year at a group private practice under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in outpatient treatment of eating disorders. During this time, Dr. Coveleski worked primarily with teens and young adults.

Upon licensure in Colorado, Dr. Coveleski obtained an assessment position, completing child/adolescent learning disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and psychological assessments. She also has experience providing adult ADHD (neurological) and psychological assessments. At Lotus Consulting, she collaborates with Dr. Amy Ford, PSYD, ABSNP, board certified neuropsychologist and Director of Testing.

For assessment services, Dr. Coveleski works with children (7-12), adolescents (13-17), and adults (18-65).

In her therapy work, her specialty areas include body image difficulties/disordered eating, sexual abuse, early childhood trauma, and recovery from intimate partner violence/domestic violence. She practices as an integrationist and incorporates various modalities, including evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies, to address thought and behavioral patterns that might be getting in your way, keeping you stuck. She also utilizes insight-oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, family systems and strength-based perspective.

Dr. Coveleski creates a calm, non-judgmental, authentic environment in which vulnerable information can be explored and processed in either assessment or therapy services.
