Sarah Bell MA, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She received her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Michigan University.  Sarah has several years of experience working with a variety of general mental health concerns as well as severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, trauma and crisis.  Sarah is passionate about working with anxiety disorders depression and mood disorders, eating and body image concerns, relationship issues, anger management, grief and loss.

Sarah’s clinical work history includes assisting clients at Training & Treatment Innovations, a CMH agency and Brighton Relationship Center.  She has experience working with individuals, families and couples addressing systemic, relationship and mental health concerns.  She practices from a person-centered, multicultural feminist perspective.  Sarah strives to create a collaborative, empowering therapeutic relationship with her clients.  She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing as well as integrative approach to couples and family work.
