Jenna Chang, Licensed Professional Counselor joins Lotus with experience working with a variety of populations, most recently at the Eisenhower Center.  While at the center, she worked in a multidimensional treatment, utilizing behavioral analysis, one on one and group counseling including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills training, substance abuse and trauma focused treament, and crisis management. 

Jenna has had the privilege to work with diverse populations including students, veterans and professional athletes, domestic violence and sexual assault survivors at Safe House as well as counseling students at Eastern Michigan University College of Education.  

Jenna brings passion for and dedication to her therapeutic work and clients.  She treats mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and stress related concerns, eating and body image issues, anger issue and loss and grief among other concerns. She practices from a strength based, multicultural, feminist perspective, paying close attention to client's intersecting identities. Jenna collaborates with her clients as they navigate barriers in their life and journey toward integrative healing and wellness.  

She utilizes Trauma Focused CBT and tools from 3rd wave/ mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapies - Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. 

She is a member of numerous organizations, including American Counseling Association and Pi Omega, Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society for Counselors.
